I. Introduction
Cells are the basic unit of structure and function of an organism. Anatomy and
physiology of plants and plant parts are dependent on the morphology and physiology
of the cells.
There are three main parts of plant cell that could be seen under compound
light microscope which include cell wall, cytoplasm and nucleus. In the cytoplasm,
